Seeking an experienced, full-time business lawyer with expertise in tax matters, to work on initial structurings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, financings, compensation planning, and international contracting.

Qualified applicants will have practiced law for at least five years and will have comprehensive business tax experience.
