Gregory Johnson joined the firm in 2011. After working as a public accountant with Grant Thornton, LLP in Cleveland, Gregg entered the legal profession. He joins the firm after practicing with Reminger Co., L.P.A. in Cleveland for nearly five years, as a member of its corporate practice area. Gregg concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. In addition, he is experienced in counseling clients with the formation and disposition of all types of business entities including, corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

For more than a year, Gregg served on the Board of Directors for Cleveland Lighthouse and Villaview Lighthouse Community Schools. He served as the sole attorney for the Board and advised on various issues including lease renegotiations and potential purchases.

Gregg successfully earned the William K. Gardner Award and CALI Award for his achievement as a top student in his Civil Procedure class at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a member of various professional bars associations including the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Gregg currently resides with his wife in Tremont.
